Vacancy at the Motor Control Laboratory
The research group is small enough to be friendly, but large enough to provide a stimulating research environment. We hold a weekly research meeting, in which group members take turns to present recent papers from the literature, or preliminary results from their own work. We also have regular social gatherings. Graduate students benefit from a developed programme of core skills training and mentoring provided by the Graduate School. Newcastle University provides a sizeable community of like-minded neuroscientists - unified under the Institute of Neuroscience - with frequent research seminars and opportunities for interaction and collaboration.
If you are interested in working towards a PhD degree in the lab, or in joining us as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow, please contact Prof Stuart Baker by e-mail stuart.baker@ncl.ac.uk attaching your current CV.
